We aim to run our business in a way that distinguishes us as an excellent provider of services and a preferred partner to do business with. Our aim is to work with our clients to develop long-term business relationships.

Environmental Management

Environmental Management

Registration to the international environment management standard ISO14001 is maintained.

We are aware of the scale of impact our operation has on the environment. As such we work with suppliers to minimise the use of solvent-based products and, where appropriate, those suppliers who also follow good environmental practices.

We make a commitment to reduce the amount of waste which we generate and recycle waste wherever possible. Any chemical waste (where is it not possible to substitute for an inert product) is removed by approved sub-contractors and is recycled or disposed of in a controlled manner.

When new investments are made, we look to safer, more efficient, energy-saving plant and equipment. We strive to continually improve on all environmental issues, as new substitute materials specific to our trade are made available and also to reduce our energy consumption.

We have achieved complete Chain of Custody for FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council), which guarantees to customers that Superior sources its paper from responsibly managed forests.

As part of the FSC chain of custody requirements, Superior will not be directly or indirectly involved with illegal logging or the trade in illegal wood or forest products violation of traditional and human rights in forestry operations, destruction of high conservation values in forestry operations, significant conversion of forests to plantations or non-forest use, introduction of genetically modified organisms in forestry operations, or Violation of any of the ILO Core conventions, as defined in the ILO Declarations on Fundamental Principles and Rights at work, 1998.

Quality Management

Superior strives to set a good example within the industry, involving a Quality Management System to BS EN ISO9001:2008, which allows us to maintain a high industry profile. We also employ an in-house ISO9001 Auditor to ensure compliance.

Superior offers a fully integrated proofing and colour management system, Fogra Certified to ISO 12647-2 print standards.

At Superior Creative Services we employ in excess of 100 people and are committed to offering them a rewarding and challenging workplace. We are fortunate to have a good level of staff retention and recognise that our staff are key to our success.
